Order Cancellation
- Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
- Post-Dispatch: Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Prepaid Refund: Full refund to original method in 5–7 business days.

- Delivery disruptions
- Product unavailability
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product unused and in original condition with tags and invoice.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item received.
- Non-returnable categories include:
- Customized items
- Final Sale products
- Used or damaged products

Return & Exchange Process
- Initiation
Fill out the Return/Exchange Form or email to support@midhook.com within 7 days. - Review & Approval
Verified in 48 business hours. Instructions will follow. - Reverse Pickup
1. ₹100 per item deduction for logistics.
2. Pickup within 24–48 hours of approval.
3. 3 attempts max, subject to serviceable pin codes.
Refund Terms
Processing Timeline
For Prepaid Orders:
1. Refunds will be credited to your original method.
2. Wallet refunds process in 1–2 days; bank refunds in 5–7 business days.
For COD Orders:
1. Refund will be processed account only.
2.Refund status can be tracked via email or account.
Store Credit Option:
1.Available on request and valid for 90 days.
Deductions
1. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
2. MidHook reserves the right to deny refunds for policy abuse.
Exchange Policy
- Free size exchange allowed once per order.
- Replacement dispatched within 3–5 business days after return pickup.
- ₹49 charge applicable for further exchanges.
Conditions for Refusal
Returns will be rejected if:
- Products show signs of use or wear.
- Returned beyond the allowed window.
- Excessive returns from the same user/IP.
- Insufficient proof of damage.
