Domestic Shipping (India)
Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, except during festivals, sales, or force majeure events.
Charges - Orders ₹1999 and above: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹1999: Flat ₹69 shipping charge
- For Cash on Delivery: ₹89 shipping charge
- Re-shipping charges: Flat ₹100 per item
Tracking - Customers will receive an
- SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with the tracking link once the order is shipped.

We may refuse returns for repeated or abusive behavior.

Delivery Failures
MidHook is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from:
- Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
- Customer unavailability
- Natural calamities, lockdowns, or courier disruptions
In such cases: - Two delivery attempts will be made.
- If undelivered, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and re-shipping charges may apply.
Risk & Title
- Ownership of the products (title) will pass to you only after we have received full payment and the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- However, the risk of any loss or damage to the products will transfer to you once the order is delivered to your provided shipping address.
- MidHook is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after successful delivery.
- MidHook retains the right to refuse delivery or cancel orders in case of address fraud, payment verification issues, or suspicious behaviour.
International Shipping
- Currently, MidHook does not support international shipping.
- We are working to expand internationally and will notify our customers once this is available.
