- All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change products and prices at any time without prior notice.
- Product images are for representation purposes. Minor variations (e.g. Colour and appearance) of products may vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting.
Order Acceptance & Fulfilment
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD is verified and are subject to stock availability and verification.
- Payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled unless requested within 2 hours and before dispatch.
- In case of cancellation or unavailability, we may offer an alternative or store credit.
- MidHook reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., payment failure, technical error, stock unavailability). In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, bulk/wholesale in nature, or violate our policies.
Shipping & Delivery
- By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our . Key points include:
- Orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
- Delivery estimated within 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹1999 – Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹1999 – ₹69 flat rate
- Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
- Please Note: We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or force majeure.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
- All return and exchange requests must follow the process outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including cancellation, reverse pickup, applicable fees, and timelines.
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Certain exclusions apply (e.g., customised, non-returnable or final-sale items).
- Reverse pickups (if approved) are subject to a ₹100 deduction per item and availability in your location.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method or MidHook Wallet. COD refunds are issued to the Wallet only. Store credits are valid for 90 days and are non-transferable.
- MidHook reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of use or do not meet the above criteria.
Privacy & Data Use
